Terms and Conditions
These are the conditions you agree to follow when you commission from me. Please read carefully!Effective from: 12 June 20251. Payment is made upfront through Paypal Invoice sent by me. Other payment methods and plans can be discussed and agreed on.
2. I do not do refunds after we have agreed to an order and the payment has been made. If I am unable to finish the order for personal or other reasons, I may cancel the order and I will refund you your full payment.
3. I hold the right to share the work I have produced and its "making of" for the promotion of my art, but not for other trading or merchandising reasons. If you do not want me to share the drawing on my platforms, please let me know about it along with your order.
4. The scope of the exclusive copyright you own is decided along with your purchase. If not otherwise disclosed, it is for your own personal use and you are not allowed to use it for commercial reasons, such as trading, merchandising or advertising.
