These are the conditions you agree to follow when you commission from me. Please read carefully!Effective from: 17 January 2022- Payment is made upfront through Paypal Invoice sent by me. Other payment methods and plans can be discussed and agreed on.
- I do not do refunds after we have agreed to an order and the payment has been made. If I am unable to finish the order for personal or other reasons, I may cancel the order and I will refund you your full payment.
- I hold the right to share the work I have produced and its "making of" for the promotion of my art, but not for other trading or merchandising reasons. If you do not want me to share the drawing on my platforms, please let me know about it along with your order.
- The scope of the exclusive copyright you own is decided along with your purchase. If not otherwise disclosed, it is for your own personal use and you are not allowed to use it for commercial reasons, such as trading, merchandising or advertising.
- You are free to re-license the product you own under Creative Commons Share Alike License, given you inform me about it. A summary to the license (and a link to the full one) can be found here.

If you are purchasing an Adoptable:
"Adoptable Character" License
You are purchasing a license to use the artwork and the character design. Please read below for the limitations of this license.
As the license holder you may
- make copies of the original artwork,
-draw/ commission artwork based off of the original design.
- You can use the artwork and the design on social media and chatting platforms (such as Discord, Twitter, Twitch), for example as your profile image, emotes/emojis, stickers and alerts etc. even if you are making profit with your profile on those platforms.You may not
-sell copies of the artwork,
-resell the artwork for a higher price than you bought it for,
- use the artwork or the design on physical or digital products made to sell or make profit, i.e. you cannot use it on merchandise or for example you cannot sell emotes based on the character's design.I, as the artist, retain the copyright to the artwork and the character design.Your license may be revoked if you break any of the terms.If you want to buy commercial rights to the character, please contact me separately.

When you want to make a commission request, you can start a conversation with me on any platform listed in the home page.
I will reply to an e-mail the fastest. It is possible that I may miss messages from social media platforms, so if you do not receive an answer within 3 days, e-mail me to be safe!

Information I will ask from you:

- What service you want (emote, pixelart, illustration etc.)
- Details of your specific request/ project (the idea, references, descriptions)
- Information on possible time limitations etc.and if we agree to work together:
- Paypal e-mail for invoicing

So I appreciate if you prepare these beforehand.
